Beauty

Between my last post and now I acquired intense beauty skills by way of my new job at a beauty supply. To explain what happens to a man when this skill set is thrust upon him would have one reading for hours so I will illuminate two of my more memorable personal experiences. When sitting in class I now notice who's hair is damaged, and find myself cycling through products that would help with the problem. Also, I have discovered the secret underworld of beauty and glamour which in it self is very intriguing. It is interesting to see how much money women really spend on beauty products. It is not unusual to see a woman spend upwards of $200 on hair care products, make-up, and accessories. Prior to two months ago I knew about shampoos and conditioners, but now the world of beauty has enlightened me. Hair care is not limited to shampoo and conditioner, but filled with boundless opportunities. One can choose from leave-in conditioners, treatments, dry shampoos, color depositing shampoos, UV protectants, heat protectants, and countless other options. Makeup is no longer generalized — to maintain my manly status — as "makeup," but has evolved into "cosmetics" which includes primer, foundation, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, blush, bronzer, lip gloss, and lipstick. Finally, skin care is not only face wash, but pre cleanser, cleanser, toner, moisturizer, night treatment, and sun block. People always ask, "A beauty supply? Why," and I say, "Why not?"

On the other hand check out the projects I have been working on.
The first is a game board that my group and I designed for our 3D art project.
The next few are pocket designs for Torrid and Chico's.
